4. Yukgaejang – Korea

5. Ciorba – Romania

In every hotel you visit in România, you will find Ciorba soup in more than three varieties. This is a sour chicken soup made with cream. The flavor given by the lemon and garlic makes the soup mouthwatering and is commonly referred to as Ciorba rădăuțeană. Rădăuțeană is the name where the soup was first cooked – Radauti. 

Ciorba is a sour soup that contains various meat and vegetables. You can use chicken, turkey, veal, pork, and even fish accompanied by different types of vegetables.

6. Ribollita – Italy

Ribollita is a popular traditional Tuscan soup. The main ingredients are kale, cannellini beans, stale bread, and Swiss chard. The soup is hearty and flavorful, and is perfect for evening meals. The recipe is easy to follow, and you can find the ingredients in supermarkets and specialty stores.
